I know personally several people including myself who have not had complications from surgery. I am 10 weeks post-op and haven't thrown up or had the runs. I am now eating just about everything and only once a day 1 cup of food and I am completly satisfied. I do eat a couple of crackers if I get the munches only 5 at a time. I do not eat and drink at the same time. This I believe is important. I followed the surgeons diet plan a week before surgery and went to pool areobics until surgery date. I haven't lost as fast as I would like but I think that is because of age and metabolism. Anyway, what I am trying to say is that there are a lot of people out there who are complication free and enjoying a whole new way of life thinner and happier because we took the chance.
