Hi Mindy ~ Your fears are normal. Only you can decide if the surgery is right for you. You may need this time to research the surgery some more. Please check out our local online support group at ~ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Dallasites ~ This group was very helpful to me before, during and after my surgery on 4/17/01 and I have lost 75# so far. Pray to God and let him tell you if the surgery is right for you. Read other people's profiles and know that you will make the decision that is right for you. God Bless!!! Keep us posted.
