"My first impression was that he was very comforting, understanding, and extremely knowledgable about his work. My impression has only gotten better. The people in his office were very busy people and it was very difficult while going through the insurance portion. Their is nothing that I didn't like about him. He follows you very carefully afterwards along with his APN at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, and every year thereafter. Also if you need any other help or have questions they always have someone available to help you. They also have you do labwork and other neccessary testing as time goes on. Dr. Ganser was very honest about the risks and explained everything in detail but he did it in a way that made me understand and feel comfortable and confident in him. I had already been researching the surgery and educating myself prior to consult with a surgeon and it also took me 18 months of struggling with my insurance company before they approved surgery. I understand that noone is perfect but honestly their was nothing negative about the experience except like I said before the submitting paperwork to the insurance company. It was not a positive thing for me and you really can't rely on anyone to make sure the paperwork and the correct paperwork makes it the appropriate person unless you stay on top of it yourself. Both Dr. Ganser's surgical competence and bedside manner were great."
