"I am still pre-op mind you. She was nice. So far so good. She seems confident. Her co-surgeon Dr. Chung seems very kind and prepared as well. Office staff is wonderful but not nearly enough of them...they seem swamped with work...lol... seems like there is so many people wanting to have surgery in my area. They are extremely big on aftercare. They will not consider you a canidate without having confidence you will stay active in the aftercare program. They go over and over the risks of surgery with you. I think if I were to rate them it would be high, they seem like they genuinely cared about me. I think surgical competence is more important than a Dr's bedside manner for the simple fact that their support staff can cover that area where they may lack but they the surgeons are the only ones who can create a beautiful surgery."
