I am so happy to be able to say that after working and waiting over one year, I finally have been approved and have a surgery date of Nov. 19th. I am very excited and I have gotten so much from this site and from my angels Kim and Cheryl.

September 29th was a joyous day for Cathy. Yesterday she got a phone call and she now has a surgery date. NOVEMBER 19th!!! Earlier than she expected. Please offer your help, support, suggestions, anything. We all now how it feels to prepare for this major step and remember how many questions we had. We are all here for you Cathy. Love ya...

APPROVED!!! Cathy got her insurance approval today! She is hoping to get a surgery date in December or January. Cathy, I am so happy and excited for you. Good Luck and Much Love.

My sweet Angelette Cathy got a phone call from the doctors office today telling her that her paperwork has finally been submitted for insurance approval. Hopefully the next phone call she gets will be to give her a surgery date. She has been a little down lately thinking that this would never happen for her. I know that we've all been there at one time or another. Please take the time to congratulate and support her on this wonderful milestone in her journey. Cathy, I feel honored to be your angel. My angel has helped me cope through so many of the highs and lows of this process. I only hope that I can offer you the same help and encouragement. I feel very confident that, with the help and support that we find here, along with the expertise of Dr. Giles and his staff, we will have great success both emotionally and physically in our decision to have this life-saving surgery.
