hi all I wanted to let you know Joann is back in hospital with a stricture. she went in on Monday and had a upper gi done and it just sat in her pouch so they are doing an endoscopey today and another upper gi tomorrow and then if every thing is ok then she can come home. Tim, her husband is en route from Saudi to help so she's not alone. she is in good spirits and is positive but still send your thoughts and prayers her way every one helps thanks

Everything went perfectly! I came home yesterday, after only three nights in the hospital. Had to get the open procedure instead of the lap, but the scar is beautiful, and Dr. Weiss did a fantastic job. Still very tender and sore, but getting around better now. Thanks for all your support!
