Just letting you all know I am doing good.. I am almost 30 days post op and have already lost 20 pounds. I start solid foods this week... But after battling a bacterial infection I am doing good.. I am still on track and feeling great...

Hi Heidi - hoping you are having a smooth recovery and taking great care of yourself - i had my first fill after a few weeks and it made a great difference as i started to get hungry - anyway - wishing you a merry chirstmas and keep in touch regards

Thank You Meredith for calling me when I admt, I was feeling sad... They say that's normal! But, yes, I am home... I am drinking fluids (keeping them down too) and walking around, I even walked up & down the stairs a few times... Determined here! Other than some pains, I have never had before I am doing good... I've lost 13 pounds, but that's from the pre-op diet! Thank you all for your posts, thoughts and prayers. I haven't forgotten them.. And Meredith, your a lil less than a month away from yours... and I will be all over how your doing, and shooting info to help you (or so I hope). But, I am home I am home I am home.. After the band placement and gall bladder removal!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just spoke with Heidi. She is doing great, came through her surgery yesterday wonderfully and is going home from the hospital already. She is now on the "losing" side!
