Congratulations on your consult and surgery date! I wish that I would have thought to schedule my surgery date as soon as I got approval. I found Dr. Halverson to be very personable and he took plenty of time to answer all my questions. Thanks for posting to my surgery page and good luck with your surgery. I will send you an email after my surgery to let you know how it went. Sorry for the double post, I posted on your other profile last time!

Well, all my paperwork is in to the doctor. I am just waiting for January 1st. That is when my insurance changes to United Healthcare. Come January 2nd, I'll be in the doctor's office at 8:00 AM pestering them to get my paperwork faxed over to UHC for approval. The doctor's office will not schedule an appointment or surgery date until they get insurance approval. So the approval is all I'm waiting for and then should have a date! I am so excited, I have been waiting for a couple of months for January 1st to finally get here. I'll post another update after the first of the year.
