Hello Mary! Congrats on your surgery! I noticed u were from Defiance.... I grew up in defiance, and still live very close. I moved to another town when i got married. I am in the process of finding a surgeon.... hope to see more posts! ~Lindsay

Hey friend. I am so glad to see your helping others with the wls type you have. Keep posting and updating that profile. I have a friend who wants your type surgery and know others are looking at your type so help em out my friend *hugs* never hear much on your banded surgery yet. Weigh to go girl!

Mary, I have posted on your surgery page before and am so glad to hear you are losing and feeling so great!! I was Banded 11-25-02, which was 13 weeks ago. I had a 5 week long plateau, lost some more and then had another 3 week plateau....and so I have only lost 35 lbs. so far. I expect that to change as soon as I can get outside and do yard work and ride bike, etc. You can read my profile if you like and then if you'd like to write to me, you are very welcome to. We can compare what we're going through. There is a site I tried to get into called "Bandsters" but I had alot of trouble maneuvering aroung the site. If you are good with your computer, give it a try. I enjoyed reading your profile and best of luck with your future losses. Hugs! Carol Percel

Hi everyone. I had the lapband installed on Wed. and got home yesterday. I am still a little sore, but overall feeling fine. I do wish I could get rid of this darned headache!!! Thanks to all who posted on my surgery page. It means alot.

Contratulations on you surgery date. I hope everything goes well and you have a speedy recovery. I had my band done Dec 19th & I'm feeling pretty good and loosing weight. Good luck on your new life and God Bless - Linnea Ray
