Kelly, best wishes and good thoughts are being sent your way as you make your journey to health and wellness. I am four months post-op, down 64 lbs, and so glad I decided to do this, after thinking about it for a few years. Educate yourself, really read and understand everything about the procedure you have chosen to have, and trust yourself that you have made the right choice. {{{Hugs}}}

~~~Angel Update~~~I just got off of the phone with Kelly and she told me that her surgery yesterday went ok and with no complications. She's been up walking once already, on the downside, she's having alot of pain. But that's to be expected. I'll report more when I find out more! Let's show her your support by posting her a message on her card! After all, having support and knowing that you are not alone in this means so much!

Kelly~My prayers are with you today, hoping for a smooth surgery and hospital stay. I too am having WLS with Dr. Coster of the same office you are going to.
