"I met with Dr. Spivak at the end of August. I was thrilled that I was able to get an appointment(and surgery date)at my convenience. I live several hours away and had to be very selective with the appointment date/time for work and travel purposes. His staff is very busy but always curtious. I think I talked to the ten times the day I got an approval letter! Dr. Spivak was informative but brief, which a little unsettling at first since I had not attended a seminar. I left his office wondering if he had gotten enough information to "plead my case" with insurance. Sure enough! This is new territory for me soI am very happy to have found an experienced and confident surgeon. I was told that I need to return to his office a minimum of four times in the next year (since I don't live in town)and that his staff is always available by e-mail and telephone. So far- they get rave reviews for patient satisfaction! "
