"My first impression was that he is all business and not a compassionate, people person. If you have questions, he will answer your questions, but not alot of time to think after consultation. Since Hershey is a learning hospital - you deal alot with residents. He did address the risks of surgery and was very knowledgable about the procedure and did address the support group on several occassions. I have only met with him briefly on my initial consultation and then to have the surgery scheduled. He did work me in weeks earlier because of a work conflict and that was very much appreciated. Yes, Hershey Medical Center does have a very structured aftercare program. I will be able to give more insight after my surgery on 7/19/02."
