"I meet with Dr Dy for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with his office staff and himself. He really emphasized the education myself and my loved ones have regarding this surgery. He wants all new patients to attend a seminar to speak to others who have had it done. My whole family is able to attend. His staff helped me set up appointments for pulmonary and psychiatric evaluation. After all the needed test are completed he requires your immediate family and yourself to meet with him. Support of your "loved ones" is very important to him. He said that he will answer all questions from my family..in short, put my loved ones mind at ease. Not many doctors seem to take the time with patients nevermind family members..I would highly recommend Dr Dy."
