"I was impressed with the attitude of the staff and the willingness to do anything they could for me. The general upkeep is excellent. I was also impressed with how clean they keep it. I couldn't sleep in the bed but used the chair provided. By doing this my hubby that stayed with me had no place to sleep. He used the bed. The staff never batted an eye. I like that."

"When I met with Dr Overcash I already knew what to expect in his presentation. I wasn't prepared to see how many others are in the same or similar situation with thier weight. I almost laughed out loud at one point. There are airlines that are considering charging us additional fares because of our size and here I sat in a room where hardly any of us fit comfortably into the seat. The room was full. As I had been told he was very no nonsense which is fine with me. I am much more concerned with competence. His staff is helpful and knowledgable. I can tell he depends on them to help complete the process. I have sent everything back that they need to submit for approval. Now the waiting begins. I really dread it. I have heard that BCBS is tough. "
