"My first impression of Dr. Ganser was wonderful. He's friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable. He talks to you at your level, and goes over every aspect of the surgery with you. Answers any questions you have, and doesn't leave until your satisfied and comfortable. Doesn't rush thru. Very nice. Makes sure any questions or fears you have are answered and reassured. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very educated, and very empathetic to my needs. The office staff was friendly, and handled all the paperwork to my insurance company. I got an approval in 2 months. "
