Hi everyone ! I pray all is well for each of you.Things are going good for me.I just came home today!I have 7 band-aids on my stomach and almost as many on my arms from IV's LOL! My surgery went well, however I did have a few stumbling blocks along the way( adhesions from prior surgeries, breathing difficulty in recovery:ended up in ICU for 1.5 days, and overload of fluids which resulted in IV Lasix(lots of peeing!)and for some reason probably related to fluids,my oxygen saturation kept dropping. Other than that...no problems.I feel good and just wanted to let everyone know esp. pre-ops.Will post more later.Bless you.

Hi. Julie. You're having surgery tomorrow. I know it will be rough at first recovering. I had my surgery 14 months ago tomorrow. I can tell you that it is all worth those first few hard days. You will feel rotten for 2 0r 3 days, but afterward, you will be so happy. Hang in there!

Julie, I pray that your recovery will be fast and beyond your hopes. I ask that God watch over you and bring your through safely to the other side. Walk, cough and breathe deep as you being your new life. God bless you.

Julie: Your day is here. Here's to a speedy healthy recovery. I was say: remember to walk, walk, walk, and drink, drink, drink...and don't forget to use your spirometer...no matter how much you hate it. Happy New Year!
