"My first impression of Dr. McConnell was respectful (towards me), second he put me at ease (being there was ackowledging my defeat) by using paper towels to take notes on. The only thing I regret so far is I wish I had asked more questions. I was afraid to ask too many questions because I didn't want to get my hopes up about having the surgery unless my insurance was willing to cover the procedure. He doesn't have any written material about the procedure, he just refered me the internet basically. But I understand his office is in the process of developing some litature. "
