"Dr. Pehrsson is very professional. He was forthright about his experience. Questions were answered before I even asked them. I felt very comfortable with him. He spoke openly of the risks and of his statistics. I never felt he was trying to impress or "sell" me on surgery. He didn't try to "bond" which I liked since I'm much more impressed with surgical competence than bedside manner. Nicole, his program coordinator was very pleasant. I had the impression that Dr. Pehrsson left the "bonding" to her. She had the surgery 2 years ago. She looks healthy and beautiful. She reviewed the aftercare program, which I felt was quite intense. The office itself is very well organized. I arrived on time and was seen on time. Appointments were obviously made in manner to accomodate patients. I never felt I was being rushed. I left the appointment with a feeling of hope. "
