Michelle, you are a great help and inspiration to many people on this site. Please don't let a few insensitive people push you away from helping others. While I may not be as disciplined as you are and while I may or may not agree with your opinions, I certainly listen to them and respect you for them.

Thanks for your informative post. I saved it for when I reach that stage in my weight loss journey. Looking far ahead since I haven't even seen my Dr yet. But I'm looking ahead since this journey doesn't end with the surgery date.
