HELLO MY FRIEND AND MY DEAR SUPPORTER. I AM SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN ON THE COMPUTER IN A WHILE BUT I'VE BEEN PRETTY BUSY, BUT I am doing just fine so far, I do look thinner and feel great. but my diabetic is acting up again I don't know what's going on because I don't eat the way I use to so that is my only problem now but I'm happy with the way I look now. Hello everybody hope everybody is doing well and keep up the good work in losing weigth and reach your goal. I am,slowly but surely I will reach my goal. At time it seem so far away but when you see the different in you, you say WOW I really am doing it. But i feel greattttttttttttttttt! bye for now

HELLO EVERYBODY I FINALLY GOT MY COMPUTER WORKING AGAIN. I AM ONE MONTH ALREADY AND LOST 28 LBS NOW FROM 255 I FEEL GOOD SO FAR DON'T HAVE TO TAKE MY DIABETIC PILL WHICH THAT REAL GOOD SO FAR AND I'M HAPPY WITH THAT ALONE BUT I STILL HAVE MORE TO LOSE. MY HUSBAND IS LIKE WOW!!! THAT'S GREAT HOW I'M LOSING THE WEIGHT AND HE IS HAPPY FOR ME THAT I DID MY SURGERY HE THOUGHT I WASN'T GOING TO DO IT. BUT I DID AND FEELING GOOD TOO. IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR CHECK OUT DR. RAFEAL CAPELLA HE IS AWONDERFUL CARING,UNDERSTANDING DOCTOR AND THE BEST. LOOK HIM UP. HE IS A GOOD DOCTOR. I FEELING REAL GOOD LATERLY NOTHING WRONG YET.

Hi Gladys! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! There’s really nothing you can do with all those feelings surfacing. You may start to doubt yourself and question your decision to have surgery. Just about everyone has had this happen to them. You’re making a decision to have a better quality of life and YOU deserve it!! That gut feeling or that little voice inside lets you know that you’re doing the right thing! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re ready to give you our support, lend an ear and not judge. You know you can always come here and get a dose of confidence and good will! There are lots of us who have had surgery and are in your corner rooting for you!! I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for a successful, problem-free surgery and recovery. I’m so happy for you. Hello EVERYBODY! I'M GETTING REAL CLOSE NOW. ONLY 6 DAYS LEFT AND COUNTING YES,YES,YES. O BOY O BOY BY THE NEW YEARS I WILL BE A NEW PERSON. YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT FINALLY FEEL GOOD TO SCREAM THIS OUT I REALLY WAITED A LONG TIME FOR THIS DAY. AND BOY I CAN'T WAIT EITHER. BYE NOW GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND GOD BLESS EVERYBODY

Hello everybody hope everybody is doing just fine especailly those who had the surgery done already Well as for me i had my MRI done now I have to see the nutrition on Thursday, I'm getting close to my surgery date. hope everybody is doing well in they diet just keep up the good work. bye for now.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and your new lifetime journey on the losing side. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster emotionally - excited, nervous, scared.... This is normal - don't let it freak you out. Take the time over the next few days and 'center' yourself mentally - focus your mind on other things and keep yourself physically busy too. You will find that your big day will be here in no time and you will be calm and ready for it. We will be here ready to welcome you over to the losing side and support you in your journey.
