Hi Jennifer, welcome to this wonderful site. It is truly a lifesaver...lol I am also at 370, and hoping to lost 200 lbs. I don't think at all that it is unrealistic. I love to browse the before and after pics. It gives so much incentive. Im waiting for approval from my ins. I live in Arizona. I hope that things happen quickly for you, God bless,

Jennifer! We are kinda sorta almost neighbors..I live in South Point Ohio (near Huntington WV). My good friend and neighbor (same road) used Dr Goldman. Look up his profile: Tim (timothy) Barnett. He had his surgery in June or July of 2002 and he has done wonderfully. If you've been to Dr Goldmans support group you have probably seen him there with his wife Carolyn. I came once as a visitor but I am using Hozer in Gallipolis, Oh for insurance purposes. Good luck and best wishes on your WLS journey! Jamie
