"I felt cared for. That's vital of course. In intake... reassurance... and laughs. Once I got to my private room... several people came in to care for me, make sure I was hooked up to this and that and checked on me frequently. When I called for a nurse... I was accomodated within minutes. I walked up and down the hallway and was met with encouragement. I hope never to go back... but thankfully the experience was positive. "
