"have not meet with the dr. yet have talked with anne the first contact at the office. she has been very nice.she sent out a packet of information to me.i have filled out what i needed to and sent it back. and have requested my medical records from former doctors to get the ball rolling. hope to be able to see the dr. soon. it's 03/07/01 i went to see dr. scholten on march 1st he was very nice and informative and his staff was great i have a call in date that is the day i will get my surgery date and other pre op test dates i'm getting very excited my call in day is march 27th so i will again update then . he stressed that what he does for you is a tool there are other things that you must do to make this work.i can't wait to get started. "
