Hi All! I spoke with Sonya earlier and she sounded FANTASTIC!!!! I couldn't believe how great she sounded! Dr. Waits said she was acting like it was her third post op day instead of her second! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!

Hello Sonya - BIG SMILE! BIG HUG! Congrats on your "New Me Day" as I call it. Wish I could have come to visit but I have kids getting sick around here one after another. I know you are doing great because you are in great hands. Dr. Waits is wonderful - WE are so very lucky. Walk-Walk- Walk and maybe he will kick you out in 2 days too. LOL Write me when you can and let me know how you are doing. And don't forget that pillow to hug on your way home - all the little bumps feel like 3 foot deep pot holes. Down 27 pounds and 34 inches in 5 weeks. It is so exciting!!!!!! See you at the meeting in July. HUGS

Hi Everyone! I just got back from seeing Sonya at the hospital. At about 2:45 she had just gotten into her room from recovery and she had a smile on. Dr. Waits said everything went well with her surgery and Sonya said she is feeling fine! I will print her card on Wed and take it to her on my lunch hour, so please sign her card and keep her in your thoughts and prayers!!
