"Well, having never been in the hospital before, everything prior was based on family or visitor of the patient. But, I was pleased. They were quick, cordial, and I felt very qualified. Only problem w/the hospital is that I've had others complain, so the don't seem to be consistent. But, for me... they were awesome."
"At first I thought he was kinda crusty. Really, he's just very dry, funny but dry. His staff is wonderful. The only thing I'd change about him is that he had something new to say other than on his video. Well, the video I'd work on,too. With all the new technology you think they'd have something better than a talking head and a chart on that tape.
Other than that, I wouldn't change him. He was dead on serious and answered all my questions. He's very much to the point and not out to win a popularity contest.
Overall, I'd rate him and his staff an 8+ on first impressions. From everything I heard from everyone else, I'd rate him a 10 on the surgery. I feel very confident."
