"Dr. Keating is a friendly personable man that I have complete faith in. He was my surgeon a few years ago and I was very impressed with him at that time. When I found out he was the only Dr. in Cedar Rapids currently performing this surgery, I was fine with it. His Nurse, Deb, is not the most friendly, but she has a very hard job keeping up with him, I'm sure. But whenever I had a question or possible problem after the surgery, she made sure he could see me asap. Dr. Keating does not provide a lot of aftercare information and would rather the patient do his/her homework and take advantage of the hospital dietician. I highly recommend Dr. Keating. He is extremely thorough during the operation and always has a warm smile to calm any worries."
