Tracy, July 12th is an important date for me too...it's when I start my SlimFast diet for surgery on August 9th. :-) Please keep me posted on how you do on the liquid diet. I'm more worried about it than I am the Surgery!!! I've been in contact with Twanda ...and I'll definitely be seeking her advice too! If anybody else can do it...we can too. Right!?
