Suzie, I saw that you were going to stop smoking!! Wow good for you. I quit over 14 years ago and never have looked back. It was one of the best things I ever did for myself. I also have surgery this month through Park Nicollet - Dr. Svendsen so I'm sending out prayers and blessing to everyone this month. I wish all the best for you in your life smoke free and on the losing side!

June 21. Wow one more month tell surgery. Today was my last day of smoking. I have to have my lungs working good so I dont have problems. I dont smoke too much so it should not be too hard. Today was so warm I cant wait tell i lose weight so i wont be so uncomfortable with the heat.
