"Dr. Clements is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of this nurse's questions! His nurse (who has had the surgery herself!) and the insurance worker are very kind and supportive, but the woman that answers the phone/questions at his office can be brusque and rude.
My hospital experience with Dr. Clements and his staff was FANTASTIC! He rounded 3 times to see me in the day and a half I was there! He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with valuable information to use at home. I go back in 2 weeks to see him."
