"I liked Dr. Chin right away, he made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to. He explained the operation and what to expect after. Both surgical competence and bedside manner are very important to me. I wouldn't let a doctor operate on me I couldn't talk to. I like the staff at his office very much. Everyone there really went out of their way to help get me approved and to get me scheduled as soon as poosible. "
