"Mayo treats all patients with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Many of the employees have had this surgery and many are RN's - so what more could you ask for when a fellow gastric bypass patient is the nurse taking care of you post-op! The rooms are all private; they are extremely accommodating to obese patients with the proper bed and clothing for us. "

"Dr. Keith Kelly at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale performed my surgery and performs all gastric bypass surgeries here at Mayo. He has been a surgeon for many years and is very skilled and world renowned. I had complete trust and faith in him going into my surgery. He answered all my questions and more. He is the most kindest man also and very personable. He will be retiring and I am glad that he did my surgery. He has been very supportive of a gastric bypass support group here at Mayo. He and his assistant checked on me daily while I was in the hospital for 7 days and they have a wonderful bedside manner. He is highly competent and comes highly recommended from me and other gastric bypass patients. "
