Hi all, Aida is home from the hospital. I am here with her at her house helping her out. Everything went well. She looks good and is having no troubles at all. I am going to help her around the house today, and hopefully by the looks of her she will be up and around doing for herself soon!!

Hi, I'm Aida's angel. I went to the hospital with her Monday at 12pm. Her surgery was scheduled for 2pm. They didn't start surgery until 3pm. It lasted 2 hours. I spoke to the doctor afterwards (my doctor too!) Everything went well. He said she could be oughta the hospital by Wednesday afternoon! She is going for her leak test today sometime (tuesday). She will have the ng tube out and start walking. I'm really excited for her. I will be going to her house when she gets out to take care of her. I had my surgery April 25, 2001, so I know how it is. I'm glad she did this for herself. It's the best thing she could do for herself!!
