"Dr. B was funny and informative. Although, he was all business during his "schpeel" when it came to questions time... he was right on. All my questions were answered right down to the tough one of mortality rates. All was revealed. It took a little while to get my consultation though... so if your thinking about looking at weight loss surgery... make your appointment while you're thinking. It will save you some time. The staff at Bariatric Treatment Centers (lots of them have already had the wls) have been right there for me. I was very worried about my file, my date, my etc. The customer service at BTC was outstanding! I am early on in my weight loss journey but I have to say that BTC has taken care of everything for me. "
