"Dr. Thayer is a wonderful man. He is very funny and down to earth! WONDERFUL bedside manner. I am really feeling good about this choice! The staff at the office is very helpful and organized. They always are responsive to my calls with questions, etc. Susan was instrumental in helping me to gain approval through my husband's insurance which initially denied my surgery. ONE appeal letter and that changed, thankfully! Originally, I met with Dr. David Reines but he has relocated to DC (I think). He was very thorough in his description of the surgery and all the risks/benefits involved. A real class act is what my initial impressions were of the Newton-Wellesley team! Thanks!"
