CODY IS HOME TODAY!!!! She is tired but glad to be home. She really wants something to eat, because of the desire to chew, BUT she isn't going to she has to have juice for 2 more days! We'll keep you posted on her home recovery. WAY TO GO CODY!!! I LOVE YOU STAY STRONG! ---BRENDA

March 17th- Thank you danielle for posting news about Cody, I'm afraid I haven't been a very good angel. I just talked to Cody and she had some water today 1 oz. and she drank it alittle to fast, but this is all a learning process, she said she'll drink a lot slower next time. She is hoping to come home on Monday, 19th. The Droctor is very pleased with her progress. She had surgery on March 14th, surgery lasted 4 hours, and went very well according to the doctor. Cody was in ICU for 2 days and is now in her own room. She felt pretty rough at first but with each day is feeling better. ---Brenda

I just got off the phone with Cody and she is doing well. She was sitting in a chair while talking to me. She had her leak test done today and no leaks, so she's on her way to recovery. :)

Well, Cody Darlin', THE day is now so close. Wish we could share it, but you know I will be thinking of you all day on the 14th.
