May God Bless and keep you close at his side as you go through this journey. You must be very excited and nervous all at the same time. This will be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you will have ups and downs. You can always turn to your AMOS family for support. Christal, Thank you for your prayers and I will be doing the same for you. I found this poem today, it's called EMERGE LIKA A BUTTERFLY. Excess weight is like a cocoon so very plain to see. It hides the skinny person that you could really be. Like the butterfly who must emerge and flutter its beautifl wings, you can learn to shed your cocoon and do many marvelous things. Somewhere in every large body there's a thin person with no doubt, that time and proper eating, will bring that thin person out! Christal on March 22nd we will be emerging from out cocoons.
