Thanks for all your blessings & cheer! I had to update my own page to tell all my surgery has been delayed. Friday was my preop and today they called and stated I must see a cardiologist before I can proceed, my EKG had abnormalties. You weigh this much you'd expect that would be natural for me. I've cried all morning, and thats over, time to pull myself up, put on my face, and believe there has to be a reason. Don't know why I wasn't sent for EKG a lot sooner, but oh well. Everyone keep working on those insurance packages, tests, and get that surgery. I know its a life saver. Love all of you.

Delores, It was so great to meet you on Friday!! You are just as I imagined -- sweet and cute and just soooo nice. Thanks for the encouragement. I was so excited to find out that you were there at the same time. Sorry we won't be in the hospital together but I will definitely be thinking about you on Wednesday. Good luck and call me anytime. I want to thank everyone for thinking & praying for me. It means a lot to know that total strangers know what I am going through and are supporting me all the way. You are not strangers, you are my brothers and sisters and everyone is sharing in each of our journeys. Again, thank you. My prayers and thoughts are with you also.

Delores WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS.
