Rhonda, Congrats on your surgery. I too have Dr Canady as my surgeon. My surgery was April 23, 2003 and I am down 60 lbs so far. Thank God for WLS and Holzer! Jamie

I got home yesterday, staying with my sister... my surgery went great, uneventful...and I feel very good...so lucky to have been able to have this done...thanks to everyone from this site for support and emails...I am using Mom's computer, have walked to my house, next door, but it was hot and musty in there...hospital stay was very nice, and I feel better than I expected...will have stitches removed on july 8th...I will check tomorrow if anyone has any questions...thanks again..
