"I met my surgeon at an informational meeting at the WLS support group I have been attending in Middletown NY. She didn't pull any punches but spoke right to me in language I could understand (not so much of that physician lingo)yet still very professional. I was able to get an appointment in about 3 weeks. The staff in her office is wonderful, warm and extremely helpful. I was able to get a surgery date 3 weeks from my consultation. She filled me in on everything I needed to know and gave me an opportunity to ask her anything I wanted. I have emailed the office and gotten responses within a day. I am very happy so far with my decision to have Dr Ren do my surgery."
