"I have my first visit on Aug 14.While I am so excited I am dissappointed the wait is so long .I hope that it wont be so long of a wait.I have met dr.cribbins he is very kind and takes what u say into consideration. he also looks very young but seems to know what he is doing and answeru the way u need to be answered. i work at 7-11 have met one of teh care givers for the or and she is young and kept telling me too that he looks like 12 but he is the best of the best and she asked me after i saw him on the 25 what i thought told her he is a sweetheart and melinda was very helpful when i was in office and she seemed to be very up to date on insurance info and it was a big change from speaking to her on phone just the very matter of fact with her on phone is proberly cause she is swamped while in the office nad is doing 10 things at once. she also told me any diet info send to the insurance would help dont leave anything out and to send it all.good luck to all of you hope to be on other side soon! PCP-DR.KIM TRAN what can i say i have the most wonderful pcp in the world she and her staff are WONDERFUL! they have taken care of me since before wls but after wls they have done it all my surgeon releases u after three months i felt all alone and scared when i told my pcp this she was like u have us and we will do it dont worry and SHE HAS DONE WONDERFUL JOB! they cheer me on and have helped every step threw wls when i was down depressed or just plain not wnating put the efforts in she was there and her nurse amanda ur just a sweetheart she cares about each patient and gets to know them and relats to them makes them feel like it is gonna be ok THANKS DR.TRAN's OFFICE!!"

"the only problem i had was with the food the gave me high sugar carbonated drinks and foods but the nurses was really nice about it and she helped me solve it wasnt a real problem but they really need to look into that for fiture patients maybe work with dr cribbens and staff on it"
