4/11/03~~~~~The mammogram was perfect!!!I always panic when i have to take it,besides it kills my boobies!! NO COMPLAINTS because the results were great:) My acid reflux has been killing me all day...I can't drink diet soda anymore because it really causes heartburn.. I guess i'm getting ready for surgery,lol..now all i need is a good pap test and i'm ready for pre testing for surgery:)i even went to the eye doctor for clearance..haha..I just want to know i'm in great heath besides my 325 cohlesterol,acid reflux,gerd and bad knees! good luck to all pre ops and post ops...goodnight:)

3/25/2003 I met Dr Ren and I was very impressed with her and her assistants and staff. I had already met with Dr Huberman and Barrie after attending a lecture by Dr Ren explaining all the various types of wls. I instantly knew Dr Ren would be my surgeon , but needed to decide if i was going to get the Lap band or Lap rny.I found Dr Ren to be straight foward and honest with the dangers and results of surgery.She was very understanding and sympathetic to my need to lose weight and become healthy again.After my first meeting we scheduled a surgery date for lap band surgery ,but i called two days later and asked Mary to pull out the letter to the insurance company for the lap band because i wanted to speak to Dr Ren about the gastric bypass again..lol I got another appointment for 4/8/2003 to meet Dr Ren again and speak to Barrie the nutrionist about lap rny~~ 4/8/2003 After my 2nd meeting i convinced Dr Ren I wanted lap rny and reviewed the nutrition with Barrie...I GOT MY DATE!!! 5/12/2003 I'm nervous and very excited!!!!Presently I'm drinking liquids after swallowing the fleet oral laxative....I have an endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr Blaire Lewis 212 369 6600 1067 5th ave NY 4/10/2003...These runs are making me run!!lol I hope the results will be great tomorrow:) I always worry about medical results ...I decided to get a mammogram and a pap test before i have surgery..lol......I want to make sure i'm healthy before my surgery....If theres something wrong with me and i'm gonna die , i want to eat.......lol...well, i better finish my last 8 oz of water and put on fox news to see whats happening in Iraq .. It's incredible to watch the iraqi people dancing in the streets with the American soldiers..Watching Saddams head being knocked down was a very powerful image of freedom ...I'll fill you in later after my mammogram friday 4/12/2003..Good night all:) good luck to post and pre ops~~~
