"Dr Lucktong has a wonderful bedside manner. He left no questions unanswered. He is very caring and honest. I was made to feel very comfortable by all staff in the office. He will answer anything that is asked of him. Aftercare was discussed and explained the risks of the surgery and of course the risks with any surgery. I was a little nervous and first but he quickly set my mind at ease and I feel totally comfortable with him doing my surgery. He was honest and explained that he was also new to the area. I think he will do great though!"

"Well there were some really good nurses and there were a few that i will not miss at all. I had to wait a few times for the pain medicine at night and then they said well dont wait so long to ask for it. they need better communication"
