Michael Butler
"my 1st impression of Dr butler was that he was a kind man that was truely concerned about each of his patients, and he was very informative. my inpression of him changed over time, I began to like him even more. so helpful and honest, he never rushed me and made sure I understood everything I was going to go through. The office staff was more then helpful. I must have called them a hundred times with questions about insurance and just what ever, they never gave me a hard time. You know ususally I can find one thing that I don't care for about someone but it is difficult to say that I don't like something about Dr. Butler because there is nothing! not only does he make sure you are well taken care of after surgery, but once a moth he hosts a group for pre a nd post op patients/ pre op he insists that you go to at least 2 meetings to get some answers from other patients, even though it was grueling to drive all the way to altimonte to go to the meetings, it was worth it. I felt so much more informed, and each meeting was different, I thought they would all be the same but they are not. Dr. butler has a after care prgram bringing you into the office several different time during the next 12-18 months to make sure everything is going well. Dr. Butler let me know every risk involved in the surgery right down to the smallest details of the webbing around the spleen and bleeding, and well he went above and beyond my concerns, I felt well informed and I really feel as though I can trust him. from 1-10 10 being highest, I would give Dr. Butler and his staff a 20! because they are twice as good as I dreamed they would be. my sergery is on november 28 2001, I will be updating this as soon as I can to let you know about the sergery, as well as the hospital staff!"
