"My first impression of him was his concern if I was sure about having the surgery, and How my family felt about the hole thing. The office staff were great they starting telling me about other people who have had the surgery and how some of them had it and how great it work out for them. He address the risk right up front to me ,and explained what they could do to me. I rate him about an 8 "
