"My first impression of him was that he was exceptionally well informed and presented the information to us in a straight forward and down to earth method. I still feel that way today. His office staff is very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs, and can answer any questions you have. There really isn't anything that I have found about him that turns me off. He spends minimal amount of time with you, but you are well informed. He is the best at what he does. He informs you right up front that the aftercare is actually more important that the surgery. That the surgery is just a tool to help you discipline and restructure your life. He has regular follow up visits, and has a very strict aftercare program. He does provide you with all of the risks of having the procedure, and tells you how many surgeries he has done, and any problems that he has encountered. He is excellent, his surgical competence is above the best, and his bedside manner is short, sweet and to the point. His competence is the most importance to me, but I do like the fact that he is sensitive to your needs. "
