Emory Johns Creek Hospital (COE)
"Emroy Dunwoody is a wonderful hospital. They have their own wing for WLS and the jokingly call it "the Ritz". It is more like a very fine hotel. All rooms are private and they encourage you to have family members stay with you, providing pillows, beds, etc. They have a shower room equiped with a huge tiled 2 headed shower, and a stone bench and a heated towel rack. The staff is amazing you couldnt ask for a more dedicated group of people from the techs, to the nurses, and the doctors they are wonderful people. "

"I met with Dr Champion on June 7th. I think he is fantastic. The office staff is nice and everything seems so organized. He explained everything, showed me where the incisions would be made for the Lap Roux en Y, and then asked me if I had any questions. I had 14 pages, but didnt ask them all since he answered a lot during our talk. He is writing the letter for insurance and when they approve we will make a surgery date. Overall I am extremely pleased with him and his staff. Note of warning to potential patients.... his office has a big yellow leather couch in the reception area... that couch will suck you in... and make you want to take a nap. Hahaha. : )"
