"I like the hospital. THe staff were Really nice and it was quiet and they all seemed concerned if there was a problem. Although I was placed in a room with an elderly lady that was SICK. and wasnt encouraged to walk walk walk. I was only helped to walk once. "
"My first impression of Dr. Marshall, he Knows what he is doing and enjoys helping those that come to him. My visit with him was very quick and to the point. But he didn't make me uncomfortable or uneasy about any part of the discussion. Nor did he make me feel stupid in any way.
His office staff is Great. Melinda is the Best! She's so easy going and puts any fears to rest asap. Future patients should know that they are in good hands with the Peoria Surgical team. After care is a Big point there. Very big. And that's Very Important!
Dr. Marshall was up front and to the point about the risks of this surgery which I really liked. He's a no bull kind of Dr. Overall I would rate Dr. Marshall, Melinda and the office staff as A-1. They were all very nice.
I would also recomend him to anyone. I know I've only met with him once, I am very confident that he's the surgeon I should have for this procedure.
