Hi Colleen I am using PB also. My date is September 18, 2002 with Dr. Zorn. I posted a timeline on my profile if you would like to know how long it took me to get through the process. I don't have Kaiser but it took about 1 month from the time I had all three consults to get a date. The Dr. was clueless how booked he was. I asked him when my date would be for a lap rny he told me august. When PB called they told me November 11th way too long of a wait for me. I chose to have it done open and got a September date. Hi Colleen! I too am a Kaiser pt. who will be having my WLS at Pacific Bariatrics. My surgeon will be Dr. Rumsey and my pre-op day is July 31st. I noticed that you are hoping for an August surgery...my pt coordinator told me that it takes 2 weeks after your pre-op visit to get all the reports in your chart and then it's usually two months from there for surgery. I sure do hope it's sooner- like yours! Please keep me posted on how you are progressing through their system. :) I wish you all the best, as you make your way to better health. May God bless!
