"When i first saw Dr. Leverton I did not know she was the surgeon. I past her in the hallway. When she came in I was surprised. She is a very kind lady. She took time with me and at no time did I feel that she was trying to rush me in anyway. She explained the procedure carefully and extensivly. The pictures that she drew of the procedured cleared up questions that I had. I felt comfortable with her and that was important to me. She did not leave until all questions were answered.
The staff was helpful and kind. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was put at ease.The nurse was kind and I did not feel intimidated by the scales for the first time in a while. I guess I knew that this was a begining for me.
I believe that having a post operative patient come in a talk with me was really a good idea. I asked her questions that I knew only she would know the answer to.
My overall experience was great.
I am greedy I want a competent doctor with a great bedside manner."
