"The overall opinion of the hospital was good. The nursing staff was excellent, one of the nurses is a patient of Dr. Samuels as are many other people in different departments who come to see you. They are very well aware of the needs post op and pre-op. As all hospitals, they are not without fault, the respiratory therapy department was slow and uninterested except for 2 of the therapists, and they were horrible about picking up breakfast trays. Other than that, no complaints, it was an overall good experience. "

"I liked him immediately. He was quick to answer questions, was patient and soft spoken. The office staff is excellent, especially Sandra, the person in charge of insurance benefits. Sturctured and continued aftercare are a must commitment. He was honest to the point and provided supporting dating in writing. "
